What people ask us.

Do I need to change my WhatsApp number?

No. The bot connects to the WhatsApp Business number you already have, and you keep using the app. If your number is on regular WhatsApp, we'll work out the simplest way together.

What if nothing is free when the customer asked?

The bot offers the free times closest to what they asked for. If nothing is free in the next two weeks, it points them to your phone.

How are appointments cancelled or changed?

Same as today: the customer calls, and you move or delete the appointment in your calendar.

Which businesses is it for?

Any business with regular appointments of a known length: hair salons, beauty, vets, physiotherapy, studios. During the pilot we set up your service types together.
